Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Orders
To cancel an order, login to your account and go to the Manage Order section. In case you have placed the order without logging in, write to us at info@rabbitstationery.com
Cancellation after Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, the refund will be initiated only after we receive the shipped products back and verify their condition.
Return/Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days post-delivery only if they are defective or damaged. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
- The product is used or altered by the customer
- The return request is initiated after 5 business days from from the date of delivery.
Refund (For Returns/Cancellations)
Refunds for returns or cancellations will be initiated only after the product is received and its condition is verified by our team.
- Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited to the account through which the payment was made. It may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery: The amount will be transferred to your Paytm account or bank account based on the preference and details you share with us.
Note: If the refund has been initiated and you are still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
