Delivery Timelines
The standard delivery timelines are 2–8 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Orders
To cancel an order, login to your account and go to the Manage Order section. If you placed the order without logging in, please write to us at info@rabbitstationery.com
Cancellation after Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, the refund will be initiated only after we receive the product back and verify its condition.
Return/Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days post-delivery only if the delivered products are defective or damaged.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
- The product is used or altered by the customer
- The return request is initiated after 5 business days of delivery
Refund (For Returns/Cancellations)
Refunds for returns or cancellations will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified for quality by our team.
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited to the original payment account. It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect.
- Cash on Delivery: The refund will be transferred to your Paytm or bank account, based on the details you provide.
Note: Once the refund request is processed, if you are still contacted for delivery, kindly refuse the delivery.
